Democrats Hate Right-To-Work Laws

It looks like Michigan will be the 24th right to work state in a few days, possibly today. I’m gonna tell you why this is a good thing and why democrats hate it, which should automatically tell you why it’s a good thing.

Why Right-To-Work Is The Right Thing
The biggest reason for a state to become a right-to-work state is the fact that the 23 states with this type of law on the books economically out preform the other 27. “How do you know that?” I’m glad you asked!

Last year’s study from South Carolina Republican Sen. Jim DeMint’s office shows that states with RTW laws outperform the rest with more new residents, more new businesses, more new jobs, and faster income growth.

  • The movement of people to the right-to-work states, caused the states that force unionization to lose 9 seats in congress from 2000-2010.
  • From 1993-2009 states that let the workers choose to pay union dues had an increase of 37.9% in private sector employment verses only 19.6% in other states that’s a difference of 1.3 million jobs.
  • These two stats alone prove that unions stifle economic growth, and that when given a choice most people will choose to opt out of unions. Which brings me to…

    Why Democrats Hate Right To Work Laws
    This map shows the current 23 RTW states, and as you can see, most of these 23 are also red states. The 9 seats that the union states lost to the RTW states went to red states. The democrats are funded by unions, so they have a special interest in keeping the union bosses happy. They may say that they don’t support special interest groups but unions are definitely a special interest.

    So if you live in Michigan and work in a factory you are forced to hand over money to your union who then takes that money and uses it to elect liberals. If you disagree with where your dues go, you can’t do anything about it, unless you move to a red state.

    In reality the unions are outdated and obsolete. In states with solid right-to-work laws don’t need unions, and there are more new jobs around. The unions will do anything, in their power, to keep this from happening. Don’t be surprised to see some recalls in Michigan like we saw with Gov. Walker in Wisconsin.

      Facts are to liberals as;
      RTW laws are to unions

    They destroy them.
